Dear Ms. Benedetto: In your letter dated March 8, 2015, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample submitted, identified as the Corner Spider Web-40 Feet, style number OEM15-0467, consists of a triangular-shaped spider web constructed of polyester fabric. The decoration is marketed exclusively for Halloween and is intended to decorate a doorway to provide a scary atmosphere. The sample will be returned as requested. The applicable subheading for style number OEM15-0467 will be 9505.90.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Festive, carnival or other entertainment articles, including magic tricks and practical joke articles; parts and accessories thereof: Other: Other.” The rate of duty will be Free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
