You will be importing a sports towel Item Number 13045 (Fin-Finder Bowfishing Towel). It will be made from 100 percent cotton woven fabric. The towel is printed with the silhouette of fish bones and a logo. All of the edges are hemmed and it measures 15 x 24 inches. One corner of the towel features a grommet with a pear shaped metal clip. You state that this towel is used to dry the users hands when bowfishing. The applicable subheading for the Item Number 13045 will be 6307.90.8940, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for provides for other made up articles, including dress patterns: other: other: cotton towels of pile or tufted construction. The rate of duty will be 7 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
