Tariff classification

HTS codes: 6401.92.9060

Headings: 6401

Product description

The submitted sample identified as style # Z100091 is a woman’s, closed toe/closed heel, above-the-the ankle/below-the-knee, wedge-heel, pull-up boot. The upper consists of a combination of neoprene and rubber or plastics (rubber) and the outer sole is also rubber or plastics (rubber). The upper of the boot is attached to the outer sole by a manufacturing process that does not introduce holes thereby making the boot waterproof for tariff classification purposes. The submitted sample covers the ankle and will be classified elsewhere. The country of origin is not established at this time.
