The submitted sample, identified as Style 008, is a beach towel. The towel is made from 80 percent polyester and 20 percent cotton jacquard woven terry fabric. The fabric has uncut loops on both sides and it features a dolphin design. All of the edges of the towel are hemmed. The towel measures 50 x 60 inches. The applicable subheading for Style 008 will be 6302.93.1000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for bed linen, table linen, toilet linen and kitchen linen: other: of man-made fibers: pile or tufted construction. The rate of duty will be 6.2 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
