Your sample will be returned. Style 1001 is a pair of tight-fitting woman’s pants constructed from 95% polyester and 5% spandex knit fabric. The pull-on pants feature a wide elasticized waistband and hemmed leg openings. The garment extends from the waist to the ankles. In your letter, you refer to style 1001 as leggings and recommend classification of the garment in heading 6115, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), because of the tight fit to the body.
