Dear Ms. Kessens: In your letter dated December 30, 2014, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample will be returned to you, as requested. The submitted sample, identified as SKU 15498701, contains an assortment of ponytail holders that contain approximately three braided elastic bands and thirty single elastic bands. The single ponytail holders are constructed of a 5mm-wide elastomeric rubber core that is sheathed with 100 percent nylon textile braided fabric.
