Your sample will be returned. The submitted sample, which you refer to as a woman’s fast food service uniform shirt, is constructed from 65% polyester and 35% cotton woven fabric. The garment features a full front opening secured by five button closures, short sleeves, pockets at the bust area, and a hemmed bottom. It may be worn alone or over another shirt.
