The sample is identified as a Pizza Rack for Pressure Oven BROR Series (Set of 2), HSN Item Number 361-852. You state that the rack is made of 100% aluminum with a non-stick coating. The pizza rack consists of a frame with a lattice-work grill with a convex portion on one side. It measures approximately 14¼ by 11 ½ inches. The rack is specifically designed to fit and be used in the Pressure Oven BROR Series. The applicable subheading for Pizza Rack for Pressure Oven BROR Series (Set of 2), HSN Item Number 361-852, will be 8516.90.8050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other parts for the cooking stoves, ranges and ovens of subheading 8516.60.40, HTSUS. The rate of duty is free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
