The submitted sample is identified as a Tie-Out Stake, SKU# 01116601. This item is made of rust-resistant iron and is designed to be used to restrain a dog that weighs under 50 pounds. It measures approximately 18” in height. The top of the item is formed into a loop handle and the bottom of the item is designed in a corkscrew like configuration for the purpose of screwing the item into the soil of a residential backyard.
