Dear Ms. Hullings: This ruling replaces ruling number N254384, dated July 11, 2014, which contained an error in the fabric description. The fabric for the pullover was described as knit, however, the garment is constructed of woven fabric. A complete corrected ruling follows. In your letter dated, June 12, 2014, you requested a classification ruling. The sample is being to you, as requested. Style M07M233317 is an unlined ladies' pullover.
