The submitted sample is identified as a Spiral Wrap, Item 0401 KSS. This item is made of translucent polyethylene (PE) plastic material and polyamide (PA) plastic material. It is a coiled strip that is imported in lengths that each measure approximately 32.81feet by ½” in width. This item is designed to wrap around bundles of cable (not included). It is flexible, durable, reusable and abrasion-resistant. The applicable subheading for Item 0401 KSS will be 3926.90.9980, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of plastics…: other: other…other. The rate of duty will be 5.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
