Your sample will be returned as requested. Style number 1792 is a woman’s T-shirt constructed from 100% polyester knit fabric. The T-shirt features a mitered V-shaped neckline, short hemmed sleeves, and a straight hemmed bottom. You state that the identical garment will be imported as style number 1793 in girls’ sizes. The applicable subheading for style number 1792 will be 6109.90.1050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ T-shirts, singlets, tank tops and similar garments, knitted or crocheted, of man-made fibers, women’s or girls’, T-shirts, women’s.
