Dear Ms. Bertelson: In your letter dated July 10, 2014, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Style 2029 is a work glove with an outer shell palm side constructed of a plastic coated knit fabric made of 71% plastic, 19% cotton, and 10% polyester. The palm side also features a second layer of woven fabric. The backside is constructed of 95% nylon, 5% polyurethane knit fabric.
