The submitted sample is identified as an impact resistant patch. It is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic material. It is designed to be sewn onto a work glove after importation. It is orange in color and measures approximately 3¼” by 2¾”. The top surface is scored with grooves and the bottom surface is smooth. You have suggested that this item is correctly classified in subheading 3926.90.9980 and we agree with your suggestion.
