The hem has been folded multiple times and sewn down creating the appearance of piping. This hem treatment is not piping.

The submitted sample is referred to as Style Raised Pillowcase. The pillowcase is made from 100 percent cotton woven not printed fabric with a slightly raised fibrous surface. The surface finish is created by passing the fabric against rotating wire brushes. The fabric is napped. The pillowcase has a 4-inch wide self-hem. The hem has been folded multiple times and sewn down creating the appearance of piping. This hem treatment is not piping. The duty rate will be 3.8 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
