Dear Ms. Trimble: In your letter dated February 7, 2014, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of your client, United Legwear Company. As requested, your sample is being returned. Style PUMFW1413600 is a men’s robe constructed from 100% polyester, micro fleece fabric. The robe extends below the knees and features a full front opening secured with a belt of the same material; a shawl collar; long, hemmed sleeves; two self-fabric belt loops; an embroidered logo on the left chest; a large self-fabric hanger loop sewn to the inside rear neckline; and a straight, hemmed bottom.
