Correction to Ruling Number N241804. Dear Mr. Lawson: This replaces Ruling Number N241804 dated June 4, 2013, which contained a clerical error in the subheading. A complete corrected ruling follows. Item numbers “90.81.91.12,” “90.81.91.15,” and “90.81.91.18” are laundry hamper bags designed to hang from frames of module closet organizer systems. The three bags are made of 100% polyester materials. These bags will be imported separately from their module closet organizer systems. The applicable subheading for the laundry hamper bags, imported separately from their module closet organizer systems, will be 9403.90.6080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Other furniture and parts thereof: Parts: Other: Of textile material, except cotton: Other.” The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
