Dear Mr. Brown: In your letter dated November 25, 2013, you requested a tariff classification ruling on three steel items. Item number 1127314 is a 3” long hexagon socket screw with a button head. Beneath the head is a shoulder that is .37” in diameter and .45” in length. The ¼ - 20 threaded portion ends in a chamfered point.
