Your sample will be returned. The submitted sample, Snack Bib, is a child’s bib constructed from thermo plastic elastomer. It is designed to be worn to protect the child’s clothing from food, stains, etc. The bib measures approximately 8 inches in width by 10 inches in length and features a front pocket with a removable snack lid. It is designed to cover the torso and is secured around the neck with an adjustable button. The applicable subheading for the Snack Bib will be 3926.20.9050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Other articles of plastic and articles of other materials of headings 3901 to 3914: Articles of apparel and clothing accessories:…Other: Other, Other. The rate of duty will be 5% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
