Your samples will be returned. Styles SW415, SW416, SW417, SW 418 and SW419 are a pair of women’s calf length socks. The socks are composed of 49% cotton, 48% nylon and 3% spandex. They are sewn at the toe and feature a 1”elasticized top. The applicable subheading for Styles SW415, SW416, SW417, SW 418 and SW419 will be 6115.95.9000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Panty hose, tights, stockings, socks and other hosiery, including stockings for varicose veins, and footwear without applied soles, knitted or crocheted: Other: Of synthetic fibers: Other: Other…Other." The duty rate will be 14.6% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
