A sample of the product and descriptive literature were included with your request. The samples were sent to our Customs laboratory for analysis. The laboratory has now completed its analysis of this product. The subject matter, Crystal Dextro Grape, is described as crystallized grape dextrose that will be used in food preparation and beverages. You have stated that Crystal Dextro Grape is produced by crystallizing the deionized grape juice concentrate from pressed grapes. It will be packaged in 25 kg bags and is a product of Italy. The rate of duty will be 2.2 cents per kilogram. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
