Dear Ms. Hess: In your letter dated August 27, 2013, on behalf of California Costumes, Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a sample of a Saint Joseph Costume, which consists of a robe and a head wrap. The costume will be imported in a child size (item # 00439) and an adult size (item # 01317) that are constructed the same except for size.
