You submitted a sample of a product you call the Casting Stick Jacket® Fishing Rod Cover, item 2002. The fishing rod cover is a sleeve made up from woven polyethylene filament. The rod cover is made for covering a casting rod measuring up to 7-1/2 feet. The rod cover is not an accessory to the fishing rod; it simply protects the rod and prevents the lines from tangling when a fishing rod is being stored. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
