The submitted sample, style 223834, Recreation Beanie, is a beanie-style hat constructed of 60% cotton and 40% acrylic knit fabric. The hat features five shaping darts and a single seam with a label inserted into the seam. The hat is finished with a ribbed knit band. Your sample will be returned to you as requested. The applicable subheading for style 223834 will be 6505.00.1540, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Hats and other headgear, knitted or crocheted, or made up from lace, felt or other textile fabric, in the piece (but not in strips), whether or not trimmed…Other: Of cotton, flax or both: knitted, Of cotton: Other: Other."
