Style 1540 will be imported in Adult (men’s) sizes S - 3XL. The same garment will be imported as Style 1541 in Youth (Boys’) sizes XS - L.

Dear Ms. Florentino: In your letter dated March 15, 2013, you requested a tariff classification ruling. As requested, your sample will be returned. The submitted sample, Style 1540 “Base Hit Jersey,” is a men’s knit shirt constructed from 100% polyester, finely knit fabric that measures 15 stitches per linear centimeter counted in the horizontal direction and 23 stitches per linear centimeter counted in the vertical direction.
