Dear Ms. Florentino: In your letter dated February 11, 2013, you requested a tariff classification ruling. As requested, your sample will be returned. The submitted sample, Style 5461, “Volt Hoody,” is a boy’s hooded sweatshirt. The cut and sewn garment is constructed from 100% polyester, finely knit fabric that is napped on the inside surface. The fabric measures 22 stitches per 2 centimeters counted in the horizontal direction. The style features a self-fabric lined hood, long raglan sleeves with rib knit cuffs, a kangaroo pocket below the waist and a rib knit bottom.
