Dear Ms. Beppel: In your letter dated February 15, 2013, you requested a tariff classification ruling. As requested, the sample will be returned to you. The submitted sample, Style SC228 is a girl’s sleeveless dress. The bodice portion is constructed of 77% cotton, 19% polyester, 4% spandex knit ponte fabric with 100% polyester knit lining.
