Dear Ms. Zarzecki: In your letter dated January 7, 2013, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample submitted will be returned. Style EZ270 “Men’s Mini Waffle Long Sleeve Henley Shirt” is a men’s knit shirt constructed from 100% cotton, waffle knit fabric that measures 19 stitches per linear centimeter counted in the horizontal direction and 21 stitches per linear centimeter counted in the vertical direction. The shirt has a rib knit Henley neckline, a partial front opening with three button closures, long sleeves with rib knit cuffs, a half-moon at the rear neckline, and a hemmed bottom with side slits and a tail.
