Dear Ms. Zarzecki: In your letter dated January 7, 2013, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample submitted will be returned. Style EZ130 “Men’s Tipped Pique Sport Shirt” is a men’s knit shirt constructed from 100% cotton, finely knit pique fabric that measures 10 stitches per linear centimeter counted in the horizontal direction and 20 stitches per linear centimeter counted in the vertical direction. The shirt has a rib knit spread collar, a partial front opening with three button closures, short sleeves with rib knit cuffs, a half-moon sweat patch at the rear neckline, contrasting color tipping on the collar and on the sleeve cuffs, and a hemmed bottom with side slits and a tail.
