Samples of the two pendent watches were submitted with your ruling request. The bracelet wrist watch is a gold-plated base metal pendent watch that is permanently affixed by a jump ring to a gold-plated base metal chain bracelet. There is a floral enamel motif framing the watch face. The bracelet secures with a toggle clasp. The watch is a battery operated analog watch with a quartz movement with no jewels. The necklace watch is a gold-plated pendent watch that is permanently affixed by a jump ring to a base metal chain measuring approximately 31.75 inches.
