A labeled schematic drawing was included with your submission. The item under consideration is described as a wall mounted pot filler, assembly number 2500-5503. This brass faucet includes two shut-off valves and a dual jointed swing spout which allows the user to fill pots right on the stove, therefore eliminating the need to carry heavy pots filled with water from the sink to the stove. The applicable subheading for the wall mounted pot filler will be 8481.80.1050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other hand operated valves of copper having a pressure rating under 850 kPa. The general rate of duty will be 4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
