The submitted sample will be retained by this office. The merchandise under consideration is described as Metal/Enamel Beads, style number A16P12776-3. It consists of four identical beads strung together on a packaging card. Each spherical bead is made of 80 percent iron, 20 percent enamel and appears to be constructed of woven wire mesh. The wire mesh is coated with enamel, which provides the bead with its vibrant purple color.
