The submitted sample is a queen size coverlet. It is made from 100 percent polyester woven matelasse fabric. All of the edges are hemmed. A 10 millimeter wide corded piping is inserted in the top hem. The face side of the coverlet has a 27.5 inch full width flap sewn to the top hem. The applicable subheading for the coverlet will be 6304.19.1500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other furnishing articles, excluding those of heading 9404: bedspreads: other: of man-made fibers: containing any embroidery, lace, braid, edging, trimming, piping or appliqué work. The rate of duty will be 14.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
