The ruling was requested on a printed label, Item 4800TWT. A sample was submitted for our examination which will be returned to you as requested. The subject sample is a double sided, coated polyester material which is printed using a thermal transfer process. The label material is coated on both sides with polyurethane. The product will be printed with information relating to the care, brand, size, etc. of an item and is for use with apparel, towels, toys, and accessories.
