This product consists of sixteen drinking glasses which will be marketed together. Two sizes of drinking glasses are included in the merchandise. Item #708226 (Vendor Item #89250) includes eight glasses of the larger size and eight of the smaller size. A sample of each size was submitted with your ruling request. The taller glass measures approximately 15.6 centimeters in height. The shorter glass measures approximately 9.9 centimeters in height. When valued over thirty cents but not over three dollars each, the applicable subheading for the drinking glasses will be 7013.37.2000 HTSUS, which provides for glassware of a kind used for table, kitchen, toilet, office, indoor decoration or similar purposes… other drinking glasses, other than of glass-ceramics: other: other: valued over thirty cents but not over three dollars each.
