You submitted a sample of an unfinished holder/dispenser for plastic bags. The holder is made up of 65% polyester and 35% cotton woven textile fabric. It is 17” long and 8-1/2” wide lying flat. It has elastic strips inserted into both ends with a 4-1/2” hanging loop on one end. One seam is opened and unfinished.
