Dear Ms. Van Heuveln: In your letter dated June 8, 2012, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The samples are being returned to you as requested. Style 65200WM-A is an artificial pick which measures approximately 5 inches (H). The pick contains two metal rods that are twisted together and covered in paper. Small plastic rods are inserted into the metal rods and branch off in different directions. The pick is covered in glitter and round balls are glued to the plastics rods at various locations. Style 97975WMB-D is an artificial pick which measures approximately 8 ½ inches (H). The pick contains two metal rods that are twisted together and covered in paper. Small plastic rods are inserted into the metal rods and branch off in different directions. The pick is covered in glitter and round balls are glued to the plastics rods at various locations.
