You submitted a sample of a beverage holder you call a koozie. It is a drink holder made of neoprene rubber laminated on both sides with knit fabric; this construction is considered to be a textile fabric for tariff classification purposes. The sample is in a cylindrical shape with an open-ended top and measures about 4-1/8” high and 4” across when flattened. The applicable subheading for the beverage holder will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
