Your sample is being returned to you. Style 413885 is a pet carrier constructed of 100% cotton textile material. The article is designed to transport a dog or other small pet. The interior compartment has a cushion on the bottom floor. It has a partial zipper at the top opening and a side opening for the animal’s head. It has two carrying straps. The carrier measures approximately 16” (W) x 8” (D) x 12” (H). The applicable subheading for style 413885 will be 4202.92.6091, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides in part, for other bags and containers, with outer surface of textile materials, of vegetable fibers and not of pile or tufted construction, of cotton. The duty rate will be 6.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
