The item in question, style 6A41, is a men’s pullover jacket with a shell and lining made from a woven 100% nylon fabric. The jacket has a half-zipper closure that extends to the top of the rib knit collar, long sleeves with rib knit cuffs, contrasting piping in the front seams, zippered pockets at the waist and vent holes under the sleeves. There is no tightening at the bottom, and neither the shell nor the lining has been treated for water resistance. The applicable subheading for style 6A41 will be 6201.93.3511, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other men’s anoraks (including ski-jackets), windbreakers and similar articles, of man-made fibers. The rate of duty will be 27.7 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
