The subject product, 4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl sulfone, is an aromatic organo-sulfur compound used as a hardener in epoxy resin systems and further utilized in the manufacture of components in electronics, aerospace, and coatings industries. The applicable subheading will be 2930.90.2900, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Organo-sulfur compounds: Other: Aromatic: Other: Other. Pursuant to General Note 13 to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule this product is free of duty. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/.
