The sample is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, Book-O-Bibs, consists of a book of disposable bibs. The book contains 20 individual bibs and a sticker sheet placed on the inside back cover. The disposable bib is made of polypropylene nonwoven fabric with a printed design on the front. Each bib will be torn from the pad and then fastened with a sticker. The applicable subheading for Book-O-Bibs will be 6210.10.9040, Harmonized Tariff Schedules of the United States, (HTSUS), which provides for which provides for "Garments, made up of fabrics of heading 5602, 5603, 5903, 5906 or 5907: Of fabrics of heading 5602 or 5603: Other: Other: Other, Other." The rate of duty will be 16 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
