In that letter, the classification of Style number CR-F12T001T and Style number CR-F12T001TP was incorrectly stated as 6109.90.1075. The correct Harmonized Tariff Number of 6109.10.0037 is shown below. A complete corrected ruling follows. In your letter dated September 8, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Style CR-F12T001T is a woman’s long sleeve undershirt constructed of 60% cotton and 40% polyester knit fabric. The undergarment features a crew neck collar, side seams, rib-knit cuffs, and overlock stitching at the bottom. Style CR-F12T001TP is a woman’s long sleeve undershirt constructed of 60% cotton and 40% polyester knit fabric. The undergarment features a crew neck collar, decorative floral and heart shaped patterns, side seams, rib-knit cuffs, and overlock stitching at the bottom.
