Items 1815-1010 and 1815-1100 are constructed of plastic sheeting. The seams of the sleeves made of plastic sheeting are heat sealed on three sides. The three sleeves are similar in size, with the smallest measuring approximately 3.5” x 2.75” and the largest measuring approximately 4.25” x 3.75”.

This ruling is only applicable to the samples that were submitted with your request. Your samples are being retained by this office. You have submitted samples of three general purpose plastic protective sleeves. Their packaging identifies them as items 1840-6000, 1815-1010, and 1815-1100 J.
