The same garment will be imported in men’s tall sizes as Item 033-9920. Item 033-9907 is a men’s jacket constructed from 100% cotton, finely knit, quilted fabric that has a heavy fiberfill batting. The garment has a self fabric shawl collar; a full front opening with five button closures; long, close fitting sleeves; patch pockets below the waist; and a close fitting bottom. The same garment will be imported in men’s tall sizes as Item 033-9908.

Consequently, the applicable subheading for Items 033-9907 and 033-9908 will be 6101.20.0010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for men’s or boys’ overcoats, carcoats, capes, cloaks anoraks (including ski-jackets), windbreakers, and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: other that those of heading 6103: of cotton: men’s.
