The subject product, 2-(3-tert-Butyl-2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)-5-chloro-2H-benzotriazole, also known as Bumetrizole, is an aromatic heterocyclic compound with nitrogen hetero-atoms only. The product, also known as 2-tert-Butyl-4-methyl-6-(5-chlorobenzotriazol-2-yl)phenol is indicated for use as a UV absorber for polymers. The applicable subheading will be 2933.99.1200, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Heterocylic compounds with nitrogen hetero-atom(s) only: Other: Other: Aromatic or modified aromatic: 2-tert-Butyl-4-methyl-6-(5-chlorobenzotriazol-2-yl)phenol.
