Dear Ms. Harris: In your letter dated August 15, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample will be retained by this office. The submitted sample, “tu-tu cute” is a craft kit for a child’s tube top constructed from 95% polyester, 5% spandex crocheted fabric and lined with polyester knit fabric.
