Dear Ms. Vu: In your letter dated August 10, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling. As requested, your sample will be returned. Style 401450 is a men’s shirt, submitted in size Large, that is constructed from 100% polyester, woven, yarn dyed plaid fabric. The shirt features a self-fabric spread collar; a full front opening with a zippered closure; long vented sleeves with buttoned cuffs; patch pockets on the chest with flaps and snap closures; side entry pockets below the waist; a hanger loop and a box pleat on the center back panel; an embroidered logo on the back yoke; and a curved, hemmed bottom.
