Dear Ms. Stanczak: In your letter dated August 3, 2011 you requested a classification ruling. Your sample is being returned to you. The submitted sample, style LC106, is a woman’s “Capezio” label jacket made from 100% cotton knitted fabric that has been brushed on the inner surface. The jacket features a full front opening with a zipper closure, a self-fabric piece constructed hood that can be tightened by means of a drawstring, two kangaroo pockets at the waist, long sleeves with thumb openings at the tight fitting rib knit fabric cuffs, a “Capezio® Dance” logo printed on the upper rear panel, a “Capezio®” label sewn in the wearer’s lower left side seam, and a tight fitting rib knit garment bottom.
