The merchandise concerned is a Teardrop Shaped Two-Toned Keychain (Item #CG-3014). The key ring is composed of a steel split wire ring, a zinc alloy connector and a zinc alloy attachment. The entire article measures approximately 3 1/2 inches long and is 1 1/4 inches wide. The metal in each article that predominates by weight is zinc. The applicable subheading for the key ring will be 7907.00.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of zinc, other. The rate of duty will be 3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
